Partner ACS - Extensions Not Ringing

Partner ACS R6.0. Site had two extensions that weren't ringing. I set both extensions to Immediate Ring via Centralized Programming (FEAT 00 LI LI RI EXT IMMED RING on all four line buttons) and made sure the volume was turned up on both extensions. Test calls confirmed that both extensions were now ringing, so all was well. Site just called me four hours later to tell me that the problem had returned, however. Did I miss something, are the phones bad, is the Processor not holding the programming somehow, or are there poltergeists at work here?

 
See if DND might have been activated on the phones. Have them look for a green light on one of their buttons.

If they lost power, it could have reverted to a previous programming if they indeed are no longer programmed for ringing.
 
DND button was activated, just as you suspected. The user insisted she didn't have a DO NOT DISTURB button yesterday, but when I called her today and asked her if there were any buttons lit up on her phone, of course she found a button labeled "DND" with a light on. Depress the button, problem solved. Thanks as always, TCB.

 
I've had the DND happen too many times over the years. I never ask "is the dnd button light on?" because they always say no. I always ask "do you see a button with a green light?" and the response is usually yes.
