Partner ACS - Default Line Per Extension 1

We have 5 phone lines & 12 extensions on a Partner ACS. Of the POTS lines, there are 2 separate hunt groups and 1 single line.

Certain extensions have full access to all lines, certain extensions have access to only some lines, etc.

I would like to set it up so that when certain extensions pick up the phone, by default they engage a particular POTS line - not necessary Line 1 which is what they get now when they pick up the phone.

I'm guessing there MUST be a way to do this but I can't seem to figure it out...
