I have a Partner ACS 3.0 processor that does not power up. is it possible to install a new processor card and install the old PCMIA card and have all the programmed database restored?

AnnaCat,

It is possible to solve your dilemna ... maybe.

If you have a current backup of your processor programming on your PC Card since any programming changes were completed, then yes you can be in good shape.

But - you might run into minor problems in the version of ACS processor that you install and restoring your previous versions backup - maybe.

If we repaired your processor - or supplied you with a replacement, we would try to match the release of your existing processor - R3.01 - R3.02 or R3.03 unless you really need additional features found in the R4.0 or newest release R5.0.
