I've got a site with a Partner ACS R7 that has two sides of an office sharing one system (let's go with "A" side and "B" side). The site would like for specific phones on the "B" side to not ring on incoming calls, but when I go into Centralized Programming and try to pull up the specific extension, I get a loud beep and the system won't let me enter in the extension. In fact, it won't let me enter in any of the extensions that belong to the "B" side. I can program all of the "B" side extensions in System Programming, it just appears that I can't program them in Centralized Programming. What's that all about?

I know you can't program a phone via centralized telephone programming if that phone is already in its own programming mode, but can't imagine that every phone on the B side is in Feature 00. Restart the system with #728 and try again? Temporarily disconnect one of the problem phones at the control unit and try again?

They for sure are sharing the same system, as I can dial to every extension normally. As with a lot of weird situations, I did as TT suggested and did a #728, and it cleared up the issue. Thanks to both of you for your replies.
