Partner ACS R7 w/(2) 308EC mods. All calls were going to Auto Attendant immediately this morning when the staff came in. I walked the contact through checking the Night Service button and it was inactive (not assigned). We then tried to assign it and turn it on and off, but the red light stayed on regardless. We tried moving it to different buttons, etc., but all calls kept going to AA right away regardless of whether it was on or off. Ultimately we left the Night Service button at 2-Not Assigned. I checked and there isn't a System Password set up. What other reason/programming would send the system to Auto Attendant right away?
