I am setting up a Partner ACS (R7) behind a Definity PBX. There will be 7 CO Lines from the LEC and 2 Extensions from the Definity PBX. These 2 extensions will be plugged into the Line Ports of the Partner. When a Partner user wants to call an extension on the PBX, they can select one of these lines and dial directly. No problem so far. What I need to know is how do I transfer a call that has come in on one of the 7 CO Lines to an extension on the PBX (Trunk to Trunk Transfer)?

Hi altriguy,
Conf on the Definity. If you drop a conference call on the Partner, everything disconnects.

Have you considered the call forward feature of the R7? Put the speed dial of whomever you want into the Call forward feature button. It woud allow a fwd to one ext on the pbx for each active CF on the ACS. I have not tried to put multiple CF buttons on an ext, nor a CF button on an ext that activates a CF for another ext. I have only installed 2 of these with CF feature enabled, maybe someone here has more experience with CF.
