Customer has a Partner ACS R6 with two lines. Customer is looking to use Auto Attendant during the day for overflow calls. Currently working fine with VMS Hunt Schedule (#507) to Always and VMS Hunt Delay (#506) to 4 rings. However, customer wants to set a night service button that, when pressed, the Auto Attendant immediately answers (0 rings) and routes calls. In other words, "day mode" will use Auto Attendant for overflow and "night mode" will use Auto Attendant as primary call handler. For the life of me, I cannot figure out which combination will do what the customer wants. Any help?
