PARTNER ACS AA answering on half ring cycle

We had a power outage late last week and the system doesn't seem to be operating properly since. The system seems to answer on a half ring and not on the regular 4 ring cycle.
Would a simple "reboot" of the system fix the situation or do I have to use the system backup?

It has a system backup and I set the schedule to be done every month but I have never had to reboot the system from a backup. What is the process to get the system back up and running fully?

What release of ACS do you have? Feature 59.

Either you have dead batteries in the ACS, in which case the display on Ext. 10 and 11 should clearly tell you to replace them, or you have an R7 prior to revision I, which has a bug and needs to be flashed to revision J or higher.

To restore the programming, use #125, then using 1, 2, 3, or 4, find the automatic backup that was done on 070110, and press Enter. After the system reboots, use #101 and #103 to set the Date and Time. See your manual for the programming overlay to locate the Enter button.
