Partner ACS 7.0 linked to a PC Outlook Express ? 1

Anyone out there have any suggestions as how a Partner ACS can intergrate with a customers PC that uses Outlook Express for dialing customers.
My customer just wants to go to Outlook and click on the telephone number and let the PC send the digits..Hmmmm

I'm sure there must be some sort of product out there.
Any good or bad comments appreciated...
