Partner acs 7.0 Call forwarding and hunt groups

Hi Everyone,

I have read the documentation that Call forward is considered out of hunt group. Is there any functionality that would allow the call forward to function in the hunt group? I understand that the system considers a call answered when it is forwarded and that is fine.

to be quite honest I only ever used hunt group other the for VM once, but have you tried covering a hunt group extension with a forwarded extension?

Hi Joe,

Covering a hunt group extension with a forwarded extension, how would I do this? I just got into avaya partner and have been able to do alot but still a newbie.
