Hello All,
I have a customer that called me today and asked why while he is on a call the caller ID of a second incoming line will not display on his set. I service quite a number of these systems and never took notice of whether or not a second incoming call on a set in use displays CID info or not and don't recall that as being a programmable option. Anyone have any ideas?
