Partner ACS 509 W/ Charter CO Lines

Have a client that has had AT&T copper CO liens for years in their Partner system ... never had any DTMF tone issues.

Now we converted their AT&T lines to Charter Comm CO lines.

All is working fine until today they tried to call into a GoToMeeting conference call and GTM would not recognize any of their DTMF tones. tried 3 extensions and even an analog phone direct cabled to the port on one of the 308EC mods. Still GTM won't recognize the DTMF tones. We tried other phone services that require DTMF tone selections and had no problems at all.

Anyone ever hear of this problem?

Call Charter tech support and they said all settings are default for DTMF tones and they don't have that issue in their database??
 
I've had some issues with Charter similiar to this. First, you need to prove it is not the ACS. Use your butt set or an SLT to make the call stright from the block. If the DTMF is not recognized then you know it is Charter. Then it is a matter of penetrating level 1 support to kick it up to somebody who knws what they are doing.
 
Sounds like to me you had a problem on GTM end..you stated that you tried a couple of other services that use DTMF sig and had no problems at all...that sort of eliminated your Partner and Charter as it appears your sending proper DTMF...You can try plugging a butt set or single line set into the modem or block which ever you have and make some call's to eliminate your Partner for sure...But like I said based on your previous test I would say GTM had a problem...
