PARTNER ACS 509 PROCESSOR

I have a customer with a Partner ACS 509 Processor. This customer is a middle school with 2 principals. Their extensions are 12 and 13. They have their own line which is line 2. Only these extensions ring when line 2 is called. They have no mailbox setup for voicemail. Question: How do I make the call transfer to extension 10 after 6 rings?

After 4 rings, you could just assign the line to Ext. 10, delayed ring, and Incoming Only access.

Assign delayed ring on line 2 at ext. 10

Program ext-12 and 13 as line cover ext,#208(not sure if you can do 2 Ext's) Set cover rings #116. Dial Feature 20 your Ext and covering ext at ext-12, 13.
