Partner ACS 509 Music on hold issues

On a Partner ACS 509, I have tried numerous RCA plugs, and even shaved down the rubber insulation on a couple. MOH only works if I stand there and hold in RCA plug?
Is there a brand specific RCA plug that anybody knows about to help out this type of common problem?

If you have to hold the plug a certain way, you probably have a cracked solder joint on the board where the RCA jack is.

Interesting, but I am not about to open the processor module

They are very easy to take apart. There are clips in the square holes you press back. Just do them one by one. It just snaps back together. I used to do power supply replacements and repairs on them all the time. You can use a PS out of a 308 card to fix processors.

I will not be able to put store out of service, but I can at least open up a faulty 308 that I have lying around to familiarize myself with the procedure.
