Partner ACS 5.0 - Retreiving Translation Data

I am trying to add a few phones to a Partner system that a customer has. I have connected with modem and logged on successfully. I performed a backup and then retrieved a system translation, saved it and then saved it as a different name. When I view the translation the stations do not have the the button programming. There is a VM card installed and a Remote Access card. I did not send any information to the system yet. I want to make sure the VM programming does not get lost. Why is the programming missing? I originally thought it was a 3.0 processor but I performed a maintenance report and it showed it was a 5.0 so I opened the remote admin software again and chose 5.0 then preformed the retrieve again. Any help would be much appreciated.

Why not just program from a Phone?

If you want to be cautious do a manual backup to the PC card first just in case
