Partner ACS 308 ver. 3.0 Stand alone processor first 4 exts have died.
Customer called today. I am going out tomorrow morning.
Any ideas? How could 10-13 just go out, yet 14-17 are still good?

A chip on the board that controls 10-13 has gone out. There's an identical chip that controls 14-17. It will need to be sent out for repair.
