Hello,We have a partner acs r6.0 phone system. The caller id stopped working 2 days ago. One of the employees was trying to program a phone and was pushing buttons. When an incoming call comes in it does not display the company name and number. I called cox to make sure the caller id was active and they verified it was. I am sure a feature got turned off. I tried #317 318 319 and activated those and it still is not working. I appreciate any help you guys can provide. Thanks.
