I have just purchased a Partner 3x8, with partner small card 4 mailboxes and 2 autoattend. The problem I am having is, the general mailbox message is rolling over into mailbox one. So I have to record1/2 my out going message in the AA and 1/2 in mailbox#1. Any ideas???? Help My installer has no clue!

Hi chiroman,
The PVM card is very limited and has no general mailbox. The mailbox for ext 10 (normally mailbox 1) fills that function. The Partner Messaging units do have a separate general mailbox for each attendant. Day and night greetings too.
