Partner 7 PC Card No Answer Issue 1

Has anyone had complaints about a 2x10 getting ringing and no answer. I understand that only 2 calls get gain access to the VM ports and AA. Do you suggest the number of MB's to ports or does it just depend on how many calls are comng in.

I want to install Partner 7 with a 2x10 with 4 18d's but I am concerned that right off the bat between the AA and messages being left that calls will go unanswered.

Program delayed ring on the ext.'s so that they will ring if the VM ports are in use.

I see, so the station use will pick up if VM or AA is busy instead of letting the call go unanswered? Good idea.
