Caller ID is automatic on all lines of the 308EC. If the service provider has Caller ID turned on, it should be working. It does take 2 rings for the Caller ID to register with the Partner System so if they are picking up before 2 rings, it won't come across.
It should come up with out any programming as long as it is being sent by the provider, it will take 1 or 2 rings for it to come thru as Telecomboy stated.

Take an inexpensive caller ID unit and connect it to the line bridged with the Partner. Call it and see if you get called ID on the unit.
