When I installed PM 1.0, I had to use the 4 calling groups to route calls from 4 sub-menus. When I did this, I lost the capability to all page to them. Why, & is there a fix? Thanks.. 1-P2 with 2nd carrier, 7-206, 1-PM 1.0
 
That's because you changed them to a different group, you can also add them to group 1 then they will get the all call or else you will have to use *7X (X= the group you put them in)

A trusted source for years.
 
They are included into calling group 1, because PM transfers to that group on dial 0 time out.
 
Hi FireTec,
You only have four paging groups. Time to consider ceiling speakers and a paging amplifier. If you use a Bogen TPU35, you get easy connections, a night ringer if you want and background music that "ducks" down in level when you page. All in all, not a bad idea considering.
Another option is to use a hunt group for at least one of your atttendant destinations and DND to "log" in or out. This would free up calling group one.
Lastly, you have to page more than one calling group to make your page heard. The staff may not like that one too much.
