Partner 2 Style 18 Button Display has wrong No. to dial out

I have meted so many cases that 2 Style 18 Button Display get wrong call out number when you use speaker phone, even you use speed dialing they still get wrong number. Sometimes repalece a new phone is ok, but sometimes donesn’t. I don’t kwon what happen it?

Since it only happens on speakerphone, I'd guess the mic is picking up the echo of the DTMF and double dialing digits. Try with the Mic/HFAI toggled off.

also make sure the phone is not wedged into a corner or has big piles of paper beside it (lawyers offices) that will make the phone go coockoo
