Partner 2 and VS in test mode issue

Voicemail is coming up test mode.

Going to reseat the module and the port card.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, which one part is the more likely culprit, the port card or VS module?

That's normally caused by a bad license card, or no license card installed in the voicemail. I'm assuming you must have a Partner Messaging, not a VS Mail.

if it's a VS make sure the license card/port card is in the left most slot.
