partner 11 slow to draw dialtone on a couple of lines

customer has partner11 rel 3.0 two cabinets 7 co lines

lines 5 and 6 are slow to draw dialtone sometimes you push the button , get the green light then dead air for up to 15 seconds or so then dialtone

I was there this afternoon toggling back and forth between the lines and I would say its maybe once in 30 times of hitting the line key.

Im thinking of swapping the 206 module.

anyone run into this ? or any other thoughts ?

Im thinking 206 or the processor Im hoping its the 206

Hi skip555,
Try swapping the position of the 206 cards to see if the problem moves. Even reseating the darn card may clear that fault. I have had to clean card contacts before. I use a GC product called de-ox-id in a bottle with a Q-tip. If not, processor.
