partner 11 caller id name / number question

I have a new customer He has caller Id working on a partner 11

he was asking me about displaying names and I see in the manual that I need to program a button with feature 16

the way I read it if name display is turned on it will display the name if the button is off the number

my question is can he toggle back and forth and get both name and number on the same call or will it only pass either name or number ?

The answer is YES you can toggle between name and number on the same call.F16 acts like switch on/off if its on you will see the name if its off you will see the number.If you want to see information on the second call you can use call ID inspect Feat.17.
