PARTNER® Voice Messaging PC Card deleting all messges 1

I have a partner ACS R6 with a PARTNER® Voice Messaging PC Card that when the voicemail box gets 80% full it will delete all messages. Is this how it is designed? I am not very familiar with the partner systems so any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

No, that's not what it's supposed to do.

I would probably default the VM card, rebuild the mailboxes and Auto Attendant, and see if the problem goes away.
