Partitions in a 2x80GB SATA RAID 0

Hi,
I haven't found any information about partitions in RAID 0.

Is it faster when you have one partition containing whole RAID?
Better two have OS partition and Data partition?
Or even better: OS, Data & Swap File partitions?
Any benchmarks about it?

By the other hand, when installing Win2k I can not create partitions bigger than 99999 MB (5 digits) if I want to modify the default value, is it correct?
