Partitioning Root For Sco Open Server 6

I want to find out if it is possible to create a new partition from a root partition using unix Sco 6.

Thank you for the response PH. i am sory i was not specific the last time. what i would want to do is to divide my active partition without losing the data in it. i tried using divvy but unfortunately errors will come uo and the server will not boot. the following comes up after running divvy.

what i would want to do is to create a new division by spliting the root.

Have you managed to fix it or is it still unbootable?

Did you remember to shrink the filesystem before trying to make the partition smaller?
