I am trying to partition a drive containing XP Pro using Magic Partition but it is not working. Is it not possible to partition an NTFS drive? Should I convert first to FAT32? If I do how will I impact my system? Magic Partition only give me the resize option not the create option. When I resize the original size of 20GB does not change and the bar showing the physical aspect of the drive is still one big bar instead of two. Can anybody help me please? I used Partition Magic on ME before and it worked fine.

You might need a newer version of Partition Magic. Not all versions work with NTFS. Check with the manufacturer's website:
