Partition with RAW format

I have a system with 2 partitions: C and D. The problem is partition D became unavailable (unknown format).
With Getdataback I've tried to restore data. The program view D as RAW format and when I try to restore data the content of C partition is displayed.
Can someone explain me what's happend and give me an advice how to restore data?
