Partition problem in 5.0

We keep getting an error in SCCS 5.0 stating "cannot update partition information" when we try to add a new skillset to a new partition. We are OK for licences. Anyone ever see this?

What are you trying to add to the partition?
I guess you're talking about SWC 4.5, which comes with SCCS 5.0, right?
