Partition magic 5.0

Hi,
Can i use partition magic 5.0 in windows ME. I would like to change the FS type from FAT to FAT 32.? Is there any way that i can do it without loosing the data in it?
I partitioned my hard disk when i ran windows 98. then i upgraded my system to Windows ME. Now it says i cannot use Partition magic for this operating system.

Please advise.
