partition deleted and in need of help poss parity b boot virus

please help me my partitions have been deleted and i dont know how possible parity b boot virus and i need help please help me i am unable to find free software and have no money please help me i have tryed fdisk /mbr it didnt work and i am at a loss i desperatly need files of the drive as they are my daugheters photos
