Partioned Drive

I have a partioned drive "C" and "D". I am running out of space on "C" and
have plenty on "D". Does anyone know how I can allocate space from "D"
to "C" without too much of a hassle. Running Windows 98 on a Dell
computer.

Third party program such as Partition Magic..

and even though it adds a bit to the "hassle", backups are good, even with a proven program like partition magic.
