Partial T1 problems

In the last week i have installed 1 partial t1 with 13 Channels and another site I have reduced the Channels to 16. both systems are having the same problem, in that I have to set Acending/decending prompt to acending or the sites can't make outgoing calls. 1 site is having problems recieving calls when set to acending in that it gets a busy now and then even though thete channels available. has any one else had this problem?

In your first site (13 channels) are you sure the provider has opened the first 13 channels of your t1?Have you deprovisonned the last 10 channels? I had that before where the Co didnt disable the channels they were supposed to.

I had a brain fart, you also need to disable the ports.
