Hi,

Has anybody got partial rerouting, or customer controlled call forwarding (are they the same thing?) working on ISDN2e in the UK? We have a customer who needs to forward to mobiles and keep the original CLI. I know that customer controlled call forwarding will do it because we have a customer who is using it, but on a Panasonic system. Will the IP Office support this? And if so how do I set it up?

I know you can use CLI type 4/5 on PRI, but as far as I know this isnt available on BRI? And SIP isnt an option for this customer.

Thanks

You get BT to turn it on (whatever they call it) and tick the box on the IP Office line settings and you're done, it will forward direct and drop all trunks to the IP Office, that's according to the last person that did it here anyway :)

CCCF doesnt work via the IPO. As Andy said, they need to contact BT (should be able to do it from the BT customer portal now)

Hi Guys
Got it working
Ticked Partial rerouting and forwarded the call from a phone (unconditional) to mobile phone.
Checked on SSA and no lines used.
Caller ID presented to mobile.
Thanks for the Help.

This is exactly what I'm doing, but it isnt working! Any ideas?

Thanks,

I think it's a different feature than customer controlled forwarding, probably why it's not working. Customer controlled forwarding is worked by dialling codes down the line, partial re-routing "as Avaya call it" uses a line signalling message so I doubt it's the same feature :)

Possibly. The trouble is they use different terminology, and Avaya say BT need to tell you how to set it up, and BT say you need to speak to your system manufacturer!

Do you know what digits need to be dialled for CCCF, and if you can do it on a per extension/DDI basis?

Thanks,
