Hello, I recently joined a company that uses Great Plains Accounting - the lastest, but no unsupported, DOS version.
Something happened that a batch in the G/L cannot be posted or deleted. In the posting module it shows it as "busy". In the G/L transactions section it shows that it cannot be edited because it is partially posted.
It shows that it has zero transactions in it at this point (all transactions were apparently posted).
Any ideas on how I can get rid of this item or fix it?
