Is there any way to set the borderstyle for part of a field?
Example: crystal reports allows for setting the left, top, right and bottom seperately. Is there a way to do this in msaccess2000?

Thank you,
Donna.

No there isn't but there are tricks that you can do to create the effect that you want. Why not describe what you need and let me see if I can give you some instructions to do it.

You can't set the border property to a partial value, but it is not so hard to draw the desired lines along the side(S) of a control.

You can easily do it in design mode, just 'ye olde drage & drope'. To do it at run time takes some getting into code but that is probably not all that necessary unless the field(s) have can grow / shrink set to True (or Yes?)
