Partial Backups?

Is there a way of setting up backup exec to only backup specific folders of the workstations? There's no point in backing up anything in the windows folder for me, which wastes a lot of time and space to backup.

Have you tried using the Selection tab of the Job's properties page?
If you navigate to the workstaion in the left pane it's contents will appear in the right pane. From there you can choose the folders that you need.
