Partial Backup

[Delphard]

a) How to make just Data backup (without DB structure, tables, relationships,...) in MySQL Administrator?
(( if it is impossible in MySQL Administrator, is there any command tool for that purpose? ))

b) If a) is possible: Is there way to make Data backup of specific tables (not all from one DB) and from specific columns (not all from one table)?
