Part of the email is not show

I am having problem seeing the response of some of the email from certain sender in outlook. But when I check it via web (internet explorer or blackberry), I see the whole email (msg). In Outlook, all I see is the original email I sent to them, not their response.

If you reply, can you then see their response? If so, we get this in GroupWise too and it's an HTML issue. You'll need to change the formatting and you should be able to see it.
