Personally, I would get a Plantronics Blackwire headset (they are about $110). That is what we use here on our 1140 phones too. I know they are USB and Bluetooth but I have not yet tested Bluetooth with Softphone (pretty sure you can use it if your laptop has Bluetooth). Not sure why anyone would get a Handset for softphone ...
