I broke this out from my other posting:

I to know the number of calls received for all clients for the last 7 day broken down by First Number of calls received on each day. Then I'm going to need to break the calls down by the hour that they were received

I know when I receive a call and its put into the database as a datetime in the format MM/DD/YY HH:MM:SS any help on how I can break this down by number of calls received per hour.

I'd suggest doing a subreport in the report footer. Have it group calls by date & hour and show the total. This means no entry for hours with no calls: if that's not what you want, it's more complex
