Parsing webdata into Access 2000

I have a webform which sends a confirming email to me whenever someone fills it out. When I receive the message I'm saving it to a text file. I've written code in access and placed a button on an access form to parse the information from the text file into my access table. This works but I think there must be a way to read it directly from Outlook without having to save it to a text file first.

Does anyone know of a way that I can automate this process?
