Parsing out spaces

Hi: Stuck on parsing out spaces. . .

myvar="A Walk Down Memory Lane:.................."
myvar=ALLTRIM(SUBSTR(myvar,1,at(':',MyVar)-1))
Gives me: A Walk Down Memory Lane
Need: awalkdownmemorylane
How do I get the spaces out of it?
