Parse First 2 Letters 1

Hi, is there a way using code to parse a word so that when it is entered into a text box, the first 2 letters are placed into another field? So, if someone enters a community name, i.e. Inuvik, another field will have the letters IN entered into it.

[tt]Me.OtherField=Left(Community,2)[/tt]
