Yes, but any Partner Mail lower than R3 is not Y2K compliant. The year will default back to something like 1988 any time the Partner Mail reboots. Only fix is to put it on a battery backup to prevent power outages.

My thought would be to see if any other type of Avaya voicemail system [Partner Mail VS or Avaya partner Messaging] will work with the existing system and upgrade.
