PARMETER VALUES IN SQL

Is this possible? How would I go about it?

In the Where clause woudl I have something like:

WHERE tblEmployeeDetails.EmpName = "Enter Emp Name Here

 

[earthandfire]

Try

WHERE tblEmployeeDetails.EmpName = [Enter Emp Name Here]
