I'm using crystal 9 with a csv file. I'm not sure if anyone can help me but I thought I would try posting anyway. I've been asked to do a parking analysis report (I've never done this type of report) and I have no idea how to even begin. I'm hoping someone out there has done a parking analysis report. I'm thinking of breaking it down by day of the week and per hour for all of 2008 or maybe monthly in 2008, etc. I've spoken to someone and they were thinking that maybe a min, max and avg would be helpful.

============
This user has requested the # of classes and enrollment total

1. Broken down by Mon-Sat, meeting times + class duration
============
My csv file has

class M T W Th F S Start_Time End_Time Start_Date End_Date Enrl

If a class is held on a certain day(s) of the week then a 'Y' in in the csv file else 'N'. How many day(s) of the week, day(s)a class is held varies along with the length of time (There are about 400 classes in the csv file).

Example:

class M T W H F S Start_Time End_Time Start_Date End_Date Enrl

1-1 Y N Y N Y Y 1:15 pm 3:00 pm 02/01 02/23 5
2-3 N N Y N N N 8:20 am 4:15 pm 01/07 03/18 10
3-4 N N N Y N N 8:00 am 5:00 pm 03/02 03/02 7

Any ideas would be appreciated.

Sorry, my times data isn't in am and pm format. It looks like

class M T W H F S Start_Time End_Time Start_Date End_Date Enrl

1-1 Y N Y N Y Y 13.15.00 15.00.00 02/01 02/23 5
2-3 N N Y N N N 08.20.00 16.15.00 01/07 03/18 10
3-4 N N N Y N N 08.00.00 17.00.00 03/02 03/02 7
