Hello I am new to using Nortel systems, we just moved offices and bought a used Nortel Modular ICS phone system. I have been successful figuring out most of our bugs up to this point however, I can not seem to make our calls continue to stay parked for longer than 90 seconds. It is quite annoying, it is a medical office so it takes our docs longer than that to stop what they're doing and pick up the phone. I appreciate the help in advance!!
